Children learn about the world through play, exploration, and guided activities. Teachers plan projects based on what children ask and wonder about. The curriculum builds language, literacy, arts, sciences, and athletics. It is fun and educational at the same time.
Rooms are set up so children can reach what they need and choose what to do next. A day has a steady rhythm: play, group time, meals, rest, and time outside. Teachers stay with the same group and know each child well. That consistency helps children feel safe enough to try new things.
A visitor notices teachers kneeling to talk with children, and children’s work displayed at their eye level. The day moves at a pace that fits the age group, not the clock. Families can ask about schedules and routines for their child’s room.
What a day looks like
Children arrive and find their cubby, then settle into a familiar choice like blocks or books. A teacher greets each child by name and helps with the hand-off from parent to room. The first part of the morning stays calm so everyone can ease in.
The middle of the day brings play, small-group learning, meals, and rest. Children may paint, build, sort, or listen to a story. Teachers follow the group’s energy, with outdoor time when possible. Quiet activities balance the busy ones.
Afternoon is for play and projects, then pickup. Teachers share a moment from the day: what your child built, said, or tried. You leave knowing how the day went. Families can ask for more detail anytime.
How we work with families
At pickup, teachers tell you what your child did and how the day went. If you have a question, ask then or send a message through the parent portal. We would rather answer early than have you wonder. Families can ask about anything, from naps to snacks.
New children settle in at their own pace, and families can plan a first week that suits their child’s routine. Ask about the schedule and teachers for your child’s age. We will walk you through enrollment and answer your questions along the way.
